Our trusted and talented atelier of artisans are here to ensure your whole wardrobe works for you.
Stylists in any of the Shoe or Accessories Departments in-store can answer your questions and securely receive your item(s). Your details will be sent directly to The Restory who will collect your items, from a secure area in the store, within 48 hours.
Once your item is received at our atelier, we will do a comprehensive assessment taking into account what you may have told us and or what we can see ourselves.
You will receive a quote detailing our approach, cost and turnaround expectations. You will need to approve this for work to begin.
Once the work has been completed, we will return your items at a time and to a place convenient to you. Carriage is inclusive for returns to Harvey Nichols stores or anywhere else within the United Kingdom, there are additional costs for international returns.
