SUIT JACKET CLEANING
Jackets and coats
Cleaning and pressing for all fabric jackets & coats, including two-piece office wear. Service will include ozone treatment for odour, pest, bacteria and virus removal. Does not include leather or other materials.
SUIT JACKET REPAIRS
Add or change shoulder pads
Replacement of shoulder pads for general wear and tear. Fitting is required if the shoulders are uneven and need re-aligning.
We can stitch or patch any tears or holes in the lining. Please be aware this mend will be visible. If your lining is beyond repair, please see our ‘reline’ services.

The lining of the sleeves will be removed and replaced. We will source a match as close as possible to the original. Sourcing fees may apply.

Repair a single seam that is coming apart or loose. Tears or damage to the fabric will require an additional service.
Reattach or Replace Buttons
A fallen button shouldn’t let you get in the way of loving your favourite clothes. We securely reattach buttons using a matching thread. Sourcing fees may apply.

SUIT JACKET ALTERATIONS
Create working button holes
Add buttons and button holes with a vent to an unfinished sleeve. Shortening the sleeve is an additional service, please see above.
Shorten sleeves from the cuff. Appropriate for small alterations where there are no working button holes, we can also move the vent if required. A fitting is recommended but you have the option to pin or provide your measurements at your own risk.
– £65 to shorten from cuff

Closing the vent and re-adjusting the seam allowance and lining as required.

A fitting is not required for simple alterations. Please follow our guides on how to accurately measure your clothing and measure your body.
Shorten Jacket length
Shorten length of a jacket. Does not include sleeve shortening. A fitting is recommended but you have the option to pin or provide your measurements at your own risk.
Increase the length of sleeves with existing seam allowance if available. A fitting is recommended but you have the option to pin or provide your measurements at your own risk.
Lift or narrow shoulders
Lifting or narrowing of the shoulders if required. Fitting required.
Reduce Neck and Collar
Take in a neckline/collar that is too wide from the centre-back back seam. To avoid creating a new seam on the collar, the collar is removed entirely, narrowed to fit the new neckline, and then reattached. Fitting required.
Square Back Neck
Removal of excess fabric at the back of the suit jacket, from under the collar. Fitting required.

Taper or let out Sleeves
Taper or let out sleeves or side seams, or both. Fitting required.
Side or center seam take in or let out
Take in or let out from the side or center seam of the body. Fitting required.
Drapes or blades – take in or let out
Remove excess fabric across the shoulder blades. Fitting required.
Deepen or Widen Arm hole
Widen arm holes to create more room and ease of movement. Fitting required.
Removes excess fabric across the chest that creates folds near armholes. Fitting required.
We recommend fittings for bespoke alterations. Fittings are £65 per hour, additional travel costs may apply.
