Collecting Your Items
We will be back in touch shortly to confirm your collection. If you are booking over a weekend or overnight, you may experience a longer response time.
Your items may be collected by one of our staff or via our trusted, insured and GPS-trackable couriers.
When Your Items Are With Us
When your items are to hand, we will confirm receipt of your items via email.
We will then assess your items and provide you with a quote that will contain our proposed approach, cost and turnaround expectations.
While your payment is not taken at this time, depending on the extent of the work and cost involved you will need to approve the quote which you can do via a link in the email.
Of course, if you don’t agree, feel something is missing or have a question you can also respond in this email.
Standard shoe repairs generally take 5-7 working days.
Anything involving leather/colour restoration or custom alterations (this is described as “bespoke” on your quote and is involved in most handbag work) will take 10-20 working days. We will keep you informed of any changes or unexpected delays.
If you require a rushed service please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.
Returning Your Items
When your items are complete, we will schedule your return and communicate this with you. If the time we propose doesn’t work we will reschedule to a time that suits you better.
Once your items have been returned to you, we will issue an invoice which will contain a link to pay by credit or debit card. BACS information will also be provided if you prefer.
